RETURNS
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are exchanging a pair of items for a different size, colour, or style, we will send the new shipment back to you with pre-paid customs duties.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless a product is faulty. 

PURCHASES DURING SALE EVENTS
All orders are final, and items cannot be returned for a refund. 
Any items purchased with a discount of 50% or higher are final sales can be only exchanges,and cannot be returned for refund. 


REFUNDS

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to about:blank within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.

A pre-paid returns label will be included in all UK orders. This means that if you want to return the product, you simply ship it back to us with that label, and then a flat fee of £4 GBP will be taken off your refund.

However, If you'd like to exchange this product for a different size or a different item entirely, the fee will be waived. 


EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on all items as we understand sometimes the items doesn’t always fit. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher or lower value, you will need to be charged/credited accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be refunded back to you.
Depending on locations , the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery takes between 1-2 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched. 

Please note that our UK warehouse will be closed on December 27th – 2rd  due to the bank holidays, which will delay dispatching of orders. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of £5 for next day delivery (order before 3pm) or Free 3-5 days delivery which is shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes Orders delivered with our Local Delivery service is free and will be delivered via courier. 

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES? 
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. If you are experiencing any issues when selecting a shipping destination please contact; contact@mrmeech.com  and the team will be happy to assist you. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON SALE?
All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, will be final sale and are non-returnable/non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS SOLD OUT?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it,       MR M E E C H  will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style of the same value or process a refund. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to contact@mrmeech.com  and they will accommodate your request.
