RETURN POLICY

·       All Sales Final - We offer an exchange or store-credit only policy, unless item is damaged upon delivery.

·       You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items. Returns will not be accepted after relevant returns period.

·       Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.

·       Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.

·       Once your order is received and inspected, store-credit or an exchange will be processed.

·       Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

·       Allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

·       Click on RETURN PORTAL and follow the process, including your order number, item(s) and reason for return.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS SOLD OUT?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, MRMEECH will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style of the same value or process a refund. 

REFUND POLICY

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed properly and ensure that you get proof of postage/tracked delivery in case you need to contact us about your return.
